I don't use them as usual

I'm way past those days of needing panty liners. Or so I thought. But that's not what I use them for. I cut them in half and use them as "tape" for the ends of the full sized pad to make sure they don't roll or fold. I used regular adhesive tape for a little while but this works far better. Regular was fine for size as they seem to stay put longer when they're shorter.

Multi-purpose

I sometimes have very light periods and these are perfect for that. They stay in place and don't slide around once stuck. I have also used them to put in the armpits of my sleeves because of my hyperhidrosis and they worked great for that as well. I usually have a lot of discharge so I use these when out and about to prevent wet underwear.
