RIP OFF!!!!!! BEWARE!!!

Spilled water on it and all the paint came off. Prior to that the paint chipped off the knob. I contacted the seller and was told not to wipe with wet cloth because the paint would come off. Well I found that out. Asked for a refund because this item is not practical at all. How are you going to tell me I can't wipe it or the paint will come off? Offered me a new one. No thank you! I am filing a complaint!
