Lifetime Mechanical Warranty guarantees to the original residential purchaser that the locks shall be free from significant defects in material or workmanship under normal usage only as long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed. 5 Year Finish Warranty guarantee to the original purchaser only that the lock finish shall be free from defects in material and workmanship other than normal wear to the locks finish. Exclusion Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes are not covered by a warranty.
