IT FITS
It fits, the product description indicated that there were 5 in the kit, but of course there was only one, but that's what I've come to expect if I buy from anyone other than Walmart. Buying direct from Rubbermaid, they wanted more for just the spigot than what Walmart sells the complete cooler for, with the spigot. So, there are no good options to just creating more and bigger trash dumps.
