F*I*N*A*L*L*Y!!!! The skillet we were promised!! After all the years of hype about nonstick surfaces in cooking utensils, that NEVER lived up to their sales pitch, we have arrived! No more teflon flakes in your food. No more scratches in the teflon coating, having to use "special" plastic spoons and spatulas on them. No more "bad for consumption," and "bad for the environment" warnings. No more "limited warranty." We have the PERFECT cooking tools! This NEVER scratches, not even with a 50 year old spatula. Nothing sticks to the skillet, ever. I don't know how it could ever need to be replaced, but if it does, Cuisinart gives you a lifetime warranty. You can't go wrong with these pots and pans!

Finally, a pan that does it all!

This pan is everything I need in an everyday pan. N I mean everyday! I purchased it bc the price was reasonable, it is a cuisanart - a trusted brand in my household - AND it came with a lid. A lid that fits. I've used this pan daily since it arrived. At breakfast for scrambled eggs n bacon, at lunchtime for delicious grilled sandwiches n at dinner for everything from casseroles to pork chops n scalloped potatoes. And on game day — we make potstickers, fillings for sliders n good old Mac n cheese. It's a great pan for the new cook n for grandmoms like me. If you r on the fence, I suggest you give it a try bc you won't b disappointed.
