Delivery needs some help

The delivery of this item was a cluster. They told me it would be delivered by 5, then 6, then the next day. Then, they delivered it around 7:30 p.m. at night. Nobody knew anything about what was going on. You need someone to track these deliveries and keep an eye on what the drivers are doing. Our driver parked about 10 miles from delivery point for over 40 minutes. Now, I didn't mind, if he had a meal or whatever but then the phone number I called told me it would be the next day and then they delivered it that night. The box was severely damaged but not the item.

It was easy to set up and easy to season before first use. It is easy to use, cooks meats and veggies to perfection! We use this grill every day and look forward to more family cookouts with it on our deck.
