The Expert Grill 2-Probe Bluetooth USB-Charging Thermometer is an especially useful tool for cooking on both the BBQ Grill and or the kitchen oven or range top. A battery charge was needed prior to initial setup. The thermometer charged to full capacity in less than one hour. The On/Off button located at the center of the display bottom is exactly where the User Manual says it is, but it is hard to see in normal ambient lighting conditions. It is clearly visible when illuminated by a flashlight or bright room conditions. Set up of the Expert Grill 2-Probe Bluetooth USB-Charging Thermometer itself took about two minutes. Downloading and setup of the Expert APP took another two minutes. The instructions on the one sheet User Manual are adequate and easy to follow. Set up of Bluetooth connection was quick. The thermometer display is initially nice and bright, but quickly dims as a power saver that under most conditions is barely visual. The redeeming quality is that the same information is displayed brightly on the smart phone APP. Having two thermal probes is a splendid feature. One for each of two items being grilled. This save having to move the probe around to see the current internal thermal status. The temperature indicated by the probes matches that of an independent instantaneous digital thermometer, so it is accurate and can be trusted. The Expert Grill 2-Probe Bluetooth USB-Charging Thermometer is focused on BBQ Grilling, but I found the thermometer to be equally useful for baking in the kitchen oven and range top pan frying. A genuinely nice device to have available.

I am reviewing the Expert Grill EG 2probe Bluetooth thermometer. First of all I read instructions which I think is a must. I downloaded the Expert Grill app first and then charged the Bluetooth status indicator. After fully charged I was ready to see how it worked so I connected with my Bluetooth. I attached the two temperature probes. I used my portable inside grill after preparing a Chuck steak to grill. I clicked the app to program to the desired temperature I wanted. I have to say watching the correct temperature on my phone and the status Indicator cooked the meat perfectly. There is an alarm that sounds if temperature goes higher than programmed. To change from C to F , quick press the power button twice. Just be sure to read instructions step by step. I couldn’t be happier with mine. I recommend the Expert Grill Bluetooth thermometer.
