MODEL SERIES: 94-009, 94-010, 105, 182, 183, 253, 255, 277, 330, 340, 355, 357, 358, 359, 1700, 2095, 2901, 3010, 3200, 3400, 3901, 4128, 4138, 4148, 4158, 4248, 4258, 4348, 4358, 4558, 4648, 4758, 8050 and filtration. Shurflo warrants its aftermarket retail product model series 105, 2095, 3010, 3901 (WASHDOWN), 3200, 4758, 8050 and all accessories to be free from materials and workmanship defects under normal use and service for a period of (1) year from the date of manufacture, or (1) year use with p.o.p., not to exceed (2) years in any event. Shurflo warrants its aftermarket retail products model series 358 (LIVEWELL), 357, 4238, 4248, 4258, 4348, 4358, 4648, to be free from materials and workmanship defects under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of manufacture, or (2) years use with proof of purchase, not to exceed (3) years in any event. Shurflo warrants its aftermarket retail products model series 277, 355, 358 BILGE, 359, 2901, 3901 (FRESH WATER), 4128, 4138, 4148, 4158, 4558, to be free from materials and workmanship defects under normal use and service for a period of (3) years from the date of manufacture, or (3) years use with proof of purchase, not to exceed (4) years in any event. The limited warranty will not apply to products that were improperly installed, misapplied, or are incompatible with components not manufactured by Shurflo. Pump failure due to foreign debris is not covered under the terms of this limited warranty. Shurflo will not warrant any product that is physically damaged, or altered outside the Shurflo factory. For commercial application the limited warranty is for (3) Months from the date of purchase only (proof required), not to exceed (15) Months from the date of manufactured in any event. Shurflo will not be responsible for freight damaged incurred during shipping to a service center. Shurflo’s obligation under this warranty policy is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Product found not defective are subject to charges to be paid by the returnee for testing and handling of “tested good” units. Warranty returns will be shipped on a freight allowed basis. Shurflo reserves the right to choose the method of transportation. Shurflo is not responsible nor will it reimburse for labor necessary to remove and install a product, if found defective. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and no other person is authorized to give any other warranty or assure obligation or liability on Shurflo’s behalf.
