I am a college student taking very advanced courses so I take it everyday. on exam days I even take double, you don't have to but I rather take the Alpha GPC in Cognitex than drink another caffeinated energy drink only to crash. It definitely works. I have also taken CDP Choline from Life Extension, but Cognitex Basics works better for me.
