I washed all my sheets, blankets, pillow cases, mattress pads and blankets in this. I also sprayed the bed and the carpeting with bed bug spray. The bugs do seem to have decreased but still have some gritty stuff coming back into the bed and some tickles in the middle of the night, just not as bad. I would wash everything in this again if it wasn't so expensive!
