Not bad for the price.

The material is 100% polyester, hand wash only, and feels a bit thin. That said, the texture is comfortable and the cloak sits well on broad shoulders. There are cloth ties for closure but you might want a clasp for accent. It does not seem water repellent in the least, but will likely keep the fall chill away somewhat. Falls short as a functional cloak, but a VERY nice costume piece. Officially licensed.
