Was beautiful when I opened it.

When I opened it, it was beautiful. It was left on my front porch , I don't know how long. With this cold weather, it looks like crap now. I'm hoping it will come back. I guess what makes me mad is the fact that I was home. Had they knocked or rang to let me know, it wouldn't have had to sit out there. It looked a great deal like the picture. Now it doesn't. I'd leave a picture but it really isn't fair.

A beautiful Pomegranate Bonsai tree was delivered. The tree was very healthy, with flowers, and it even had fruits! It was carefully packaged, paying attention to every detail, preventing any possible damage to the plant. A very informative and illustrated brochure was included. The ceramic bowl the tree came in, is high quality thick ceramic that wont crack easily. I am so happy with the customer service, very efficient, prompt, and professional.
