27” frame fit prefect around my sharp microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the sharp 24” microwave convection oven with the 27” trim a month ago. Everything fit perfect. Just make sure you follow all recommended dimensions Microwave is working great.

SHARP- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sharp sent the wrong part and refuses to do anything about it. We ordered a trim kit for our microwave, part %23RK94S27F. They shipped part %23 RK49S27F. We have been trying to get the correct part for months and they pass us off from one person to another. All we want is what we ordered and paid for.
