Horrible design!!

I am about to replace the handle for the fourth time in two years. The design of the handle is horrible!! We are so tired of having to replace it, like the previous review, we are considering ripping out tiles to replace the whole system. The manufacturer HAS to know about this poor design as I know we are not the only repeat claim, yet they continue selling a bad product. I would NOT recommend this product and while my plumber husband has always been a huge fan of Pfister, we are even reconsidering our choice of brand!!

Handle failure

I really liked the look of the ashfield trim for my shower. However, the handle has failed again, for a 3rd time. I've removed the handle numerous times to try and tighten it, but it would loosen off after a few days again. Then trying to get a warranty claim is even harder. I've now been waiting almost 2 months for the replacement, but to no avail. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is too much! Having a shower shouldn't be a hassle.

I have replace mine twice already in the last 4 years! It constantly breaks and is poor quality. DO NOT BUY!
