This is a very nice gazebo. The instructions were easy to follow and went up quickly. We bolted this down to our concrete patio and is nice and sturdy. The delivery was very quick and arrived sooner than they said. So thankful we went with the 10x12 size. Everything fits nicely inside without feeling crowded. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is on the fence on whether to get it or not.
