The face plate is rust-free and long-lasting. It is powder coated in Fine Grain Matte Finish which is easy to clean with a soft brush and maybe re-painted with metal spray paint as per the color of your choice

LOUVERS / DAMPERS: The grills are supplied with removable & adjustable metal louvers having horizontal parallel slats/fins/blades which can be opened or closed manually with the help of a lever provided on one side of the vent to control the airflow from the air duct.
The louvers/ dampers are attached to the face vent by machine screws making it easy to remove or re-attach when required.
DESIGN COVERAGE / EMPTY AREA RATIO: The Achtek vent is designed, making the optimum use of coverage across the grate for durability, delivering an adequate flow of heated or cooled air from the air duct along with minimizing the incidence of chair legs and shoe heels going into the open space of the design
