I didn't know what a “lip balm” was. I have used an excellent lip cream for years; however, it is rather expensive. So I decided to try and an alternative product. This New Zealand lip product isn't going to be the answer. The liquid oil used in most lip balms is a poor base to use with lipstick: it smears anything else that you apply to your lips. I'll be changing my search to find another lip cream.
