Worked well for me on 3rd try
I really like it. I goes so fast. I had trouble with water going down my throat the first and second try, but on the third try I remembered that the manual said to relax and smile. I think smiling is what helps to close the soft palate, so the path of the water can circle around your nasal passage and bypass your throat, and - it worked! I feel a lot better, and it is a bit gross to look in the tank and see what was in there, but also a relief to know it's no longer in your face/head. I did have a little liquid coming out of my right ear a few minutes afterward. I had an ear infection several weeks ago, so I hope it helped to clean old stuff out.

Chronic sinusitis had surgery this year
I can�t say enough about this product!!! I was on Sudafed, allergy pills l, nose sprays etc. Since I�ve use this product I have been able to breathe clearly and haven�t been able to do that in a very long time! I had surgery this past September to revive a clogged mass in my nasal cavity. I was fearful it may have grown back because I kept getting sinus infections where I had to be on several antibiotics and steroid because it was causing a green mucus coming from my sinuses to go into my thirst and lungs. Since I�ve been using Navage I haven�t had any mucus build up or haven�t needed to take antibiotics. It�s a Yes life saver!!!! 5+ stars!!!

I have sleep apnea. Therefore I use a Cpap machine every night. Before I purchased my Navage Nasal Irrigation System, I had to use saline nasal spray every night to open up my nasal passage before I put on my cpap mask. I received my Navage two days ago and for the last two days I have been using it twice a day. My nasal passages have opened up to the extent that I no longer need to use the saline nasal spray. In addition, I have not had a nose bleed in two days. I am so glad that I purchased the Navage, I can breathe a lot easier morning, noon and night! This Irrigation is Simply Amazing! I plan to order more to give as gifts for Christmas.
