Beautifully made, heavy duty roasting pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The roasting is beautifully crafted out of 3 ply (magnetic steel, aluminum and stainless steel), nicely polished, lined with a ceramic non-stick coating, and includes a heavy-duty non-stock rack. It is solidly and heavily made.

Excellent 3-ply stainless roasting pan

Top quality roasting pan with all natural ceramic non-stick finish. The 3-ply construction is stainless steel inside and out; in between, an aluminum core ensures even transfer of heat to food or to make a gravies and sauces. Riveted wide handles are easy to grip, even with pot holders.
