    Electronics fit and work. Looks identical.

    Identical to me to the other mirror, electronics fit and work perfectly for adjusting the mirror which was my main concern with a replacement - I wanted it to work just as it did before and it does. Just YouTubed a video how to to it and didn't take too long if you have the tools to replace it.
