My husband and I are doing a very low carb diet and need to eat more "good fats". We mainly eat lots of vegetable, protein and have to find good omega-3 fats. We wanted to add nutrient dense organ meat once a week, but I cannot for the life of me, stand it. My dad loved fried chicken livers growing up and I often made it for him (but didn't eat it lol). I cringe at the thought of any liver meat for myself. I can eat canned oysters and sardines (the ones with hot sauce in it). This tastes like if you blended those together per my husband. The consistency is dense but very easy to swollow and be done with quickly Anyway, I eat it with tomatoes %26 olives and lime juice on my salad.
