The head on these toothbrushes is rather large. It took a couple times using to get used to the size. Now that I am I feel like it does an excellent job cleansing my teeth. It reaches all the places a normal head may not. Plus the bristles are very soft. My dentist always said to use soft bristles and they never cease to amaze me. My teeth are clean and gum health is good too. The bristle part of this toothbrush snaps on and off so you don't have to replace the entire toothbrush each time. The handle is also made of recycled plastics, I think that's what I read, and it's made to give you a nice grip while brushing. Overall, I love these and will continue to purchase! If you're on the fence, take that plunge and go for it! I don't think you'll regret it.
