Too small, too big.

I ordered this swimsuit, size 12, for my 13 year old daughter. I measured her correctly, and to the size chart, it said it would fit. The sleeves are to short, more like 3/4 sleeves. bra top is bulgy, and does not fit very well. There is padding in the bra, and my daughter said it is comfortable. Material is very comfortable, and swimsuit is well made. Shorts are a lot shorter than shown in the pictures.
