GreaseCo’s “general purpose” grease has earned its spot in our comprehensive product line as the perfect choice for light-duty applications found throughout common household applications and is a necessity for every “do-it yourselfer’s” workbench. GenPurpose grease is a lithium thickened based grease formulated with high quality base oils and fortified with a special additive package to provide a constant layer of lubrication against metal on metal contact points. This grease has been uniquely engineered to “stay in place” to help provide a barrier of long lasting anti-wear protection where your equipment needs it most. Some common applications of GreaseCo GenPurpose grease include trailer hitch and ball joint connection points, interior and exterior door locks and hinges, car door hinges, trunks, hoods, latches, exterior gates, bolts and threads subjected to moisture and/or weather (prevents rust and corrosion), hand tool repair and pivot points, jacks, lawn mower and snowblower connections bolts, worm gears, open gears, wrenches, light-duty sliding mechanisms such as cabinetry and garage door rails as well as an endless array of additional everyday applications. This grease has also been an excellent choice for cyclists and bicycle repair shops as a solution to bicycle seat sleeves to prevent sticking, rust, and corrosion.
