This is a beautiful item. The bells are small but the sound of them is pleasing to me. They are not like regular wind chimes that make noise with the slightest breeze. They are attached with heavy-gauge twine. I believe it will last a long time outside under the cover of the porch. This is a hand-made item from a woman owned company and it did not disappoint! I love them.
