I cannot say enough about the customer support / lifetime guarantee of the Kohler company. Our entire home is Kohler bathroom fixtures. In 20 years I had to replace one minor, and one major thing. In both cases it was a no hassle call and parts were sent. I have become the biggest Kohler fan just on the level of the customer service department alone! Kudos to everyone there.

Color is different

I bought the spout to replace an existing one to match the shower/tub parts. It's a different color than the other parts which are more silver than the replacement which has a touch of gold.

Inadequate instructions

I had a terrible time getting this product installed. It didn't come with the parts needed to install on a copper pipe stub, so I had to use the old parts. Then I couldn't keep it from leaking. I was finally able to get it adjusted to a small leak that my wife agreed is okay.
