Mail Boss Package Master Locking Security Mailbox

While this box is a lot more secure than a regular mailbox, it has some issues that the mfg needs to address. One is a major security issue, which I will not publish, but have contacted the mfg, they seem to think it is not an issue, that's sad. The other is an issue with the linkage that connects the door with the flap inside, they used screws with threads to connect the links, the screws should be smooth going thru the links, as the threads will act like a file and wear the hole in the linkage out very rapidly. I also found the nuts that hold the hinge inside were not tightened, one was not even on the screw. I didn't want to spend a lot more money, but it looks like I will be looking at the fort knox mailbox. Hopefully they can straighten out the issues and make this a much better box. In the mean time, expect to start having problems with the door/internal flap assembly within a few years.
