Horrible material and sizing is completely off!

The sizing is way off! Not only do they run really small, but the material is not soft. It's like a polyester or something. The decal/print is very blurry on the edges! This is very very cheap. I don't mind cheaper clothes, but they have to look good and be comfortable. This is neither of those things.
