I ordered 200 of these pinwheels and only received 25 in a large box. contacted Walmart Twice to resolve the matter. I requested to just have the other pinwheels shipped to me. She expressed that because the package was showing as being delivered, they would have to issue out a full refund. Four days later, I got an email that I needed to dispute it with my Finacial institution because they have a photo that it was delivered... highly disappointed in Walmart regarding this
