Beyond good...

Quality products [we have several Hinkley lights]. The design and finish are excellent. The real story is their customer service. I ordered my lights last January and stored them until our project called for them in November. On opening I discovered that a small rod or bar had gone through the box and broke two of the frosted glass panels.,..not really noticeable until opened. I called the Hinkley CSR and he sent four new panels at no charge. Great Company! And thank you.
