Very Poor Packaging

I ordered this computer for my grandson for Christmas. We just got it set up and turned on, and half of the monitor is messed up. The computer was packaged so poorly that everything rattled around and slid all over inside the box. I am sure this is what caused the monitor issue. My grandson is still excited to have a pc and it is good enough for now for what he wanted it for, but I am still very disappointed.
