George Millennium Blazer with Pockets Jacket Women's

It is a nicely made jacket, with a lot of stretch. I got size 12 which was the smallest size available at that time, however I am more of a size 8. It is little too big on me. I'd still have kept it but the winter white color is more of a Creme. I was expecting it to be a lighter shade of white. I am 5.1 and the jacket covered my hips.

Buying online is always a challenge, as comfort and fit is my goal. I liked this jacket's construction, it's tailored and not boxy and fits just like on the model, including the length of the body and fit of the sleeve. The sleeves are the only part lined and are long for me, but they don't have buttons which will allow me to fold under to shorten for now. The fabric has a nice stretch as advertised and not too heavy, nor flimsy. I'm undecided on it's having shoulder pads, but they are not extreme, mainly they are for maintaining the shape. I haven't washed it, so hopefully it will hold up over time. I will wear it with blue jeans, black jeans, a long skirt, just about any bottom should do.
