Quality Product (once you know your part number)

This was just the replacement part I needed to make our 22-year old faucet work like new (the other side will come eventually, but I now have the correct Part Number for the valve cartridge I need). All went very smooth once I had the part number. It would be nice to be guided to a better part number identifying tool on the website, so that part of the process was a bit frustrating. But our nearby plumbing supply shop was able to help me with the identification (didn't have it in stock), and afterwards all was smooth.

The original cartridge hot side o-ring stem seal withstood full line pressure due to this faucet being routinely connected to my Reverse Osmosis unit for about 7 hours per week for 25 years. Looking forward to another 1/4 century from the replacement cartridge. Thanks!

Don't get aftermarket. Get this OEM

It worked perfectly and hopefully will last. I had tried a Dayco aftermarket cartridge first. Two of them actually. The first one started leaking in a few months so I got another thinking the first bad one may have been a fluke. Nope. The second one only lasted a couple of days. My advice is to don't waste your time with aftermarket. Get this instead.
