Bad Fit, legs are too long

I bought a pair in large, that seemed good at the waist, but was crazy long. Bought a size down (these ones), which reveals "biological Male" and, still way too long. I would almost cut the legs off the big pair and might. But it seems like I bought them to own pants, not to learn tailoring.
