Pros: OEM works with all my cameras without the error message. Buying from Buydig is 60% of buying direst from Canon Cons: More than e-bay clones Other thoughts: I used the cheap batteries from e-bay but Canon is putting chips in their new cameras that force you to use their batteries.

I got the POWUH!
Pros: Reliable, Solid Construction, Long-Lasting, Easy to Install Cons: Other thoughts: Ahh, the good old LP-E6: workhorse of the independant film industry. Not only does this power up my Canon cameras, but also my monitors & at least one digital recorder. I'm finding the older batts (3+ years) are starting to slow down on their charging times, but nothing lasts forever...

Stay with the Canon brand for reliabilty
Pros: Long-Lasting, Fast Recharge, Easy to Install, Reliable, Solid Construction Cons: Other thoughts: I tried a knock off battery which did not show charge level on the camera - so much for compatability. Decided to stay with the Canon brand as it works as it should, reliable and works with the canon charger.
