Was a mistake getting it from walmart

pre ordered it through walmart for $45.99 price dropped to $37.99. (Though now it appears to have gone up to $39.99) They dont appear to refund for price drops. Friend who ore ordered through amazon got a refund for a similar price drop. Learned my lesson and will do any future pre orders through amazon.
