Have bought these for years from another more expensive vendor as well some from Walmart. Everything was great until I tried to install the carbon filter. After many attempts to install the carbon filter wrap would not allow the bottom of the machine to close. Used it anyway by just standing the machine on its bottom not closed. Maybe could have trimmed the filter. Filter works, but next time I will exchange for another. Lots of trouble for something that was a breeze in the past. Will definitely buy again (if for no other reason) to see if that was one time issue. The air filter machine is great!
