beautiful but beware stone falls out

the ring itself is beautiful. unfortunately the center stone fell out less than 10 days after getting it. it was purchased online with a 3year protection plan and now I'm fighting with them about replacing the stone. they cant seem to find my protection plan info to create a claim. extremely frustrating guess we should have purchased elsewhere, where customer service is more of a priority.
