Resists hydroplaning Affordable 3 year change out

I was very pleased that Walmart carried this tire. I've had good luck with it as a tire that resists hydroplaning and as a quiet all weather tire. It's not for the raceway, but good for general use . The price is right so you can switch them out every three years.
