Preparation Instructions: Stove Top: Empty contents of one packet into a bowl and add 1/2 - 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir Let stand one minute. Microwave (1100 watt): Empty contents of one packet into a microwave safe bowl and add 1/2 - 2/3 cup water. Heat on high for 60-90 seconds. Remove from microwave. (Caution: Product and bowl may be hot). Stir. Let stand one minute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness, this is some of the best oatmeal ever! Whether you're gluten free or not, this is good stuff. I made mine with vanilla oat milk and cow milk, both were equally delicious. I expected some artificial flavor but no, it is legitimate like a very light strawberry shortcake. It smells and tastes like cake and warm strawberries. It's a very dense oatmeal regardless of whether you make it with 1/2 or 2/3 cups, so I usually split this with one of my children and feel full on half a package. It's got great texture and definitely a great breakfast meal! I highly recommend. And yay for gluten free!
