Rough Country’s Forged Upper Control Arms feature a solid, 1-piece design made of forged aluminum for superior strength and durability. This forged design outperforms all other types of arm construction, with no welding weak spots that could bend or break.
High Strength Ball Joints. Rough Country’s Forged Upper Control Arms feature POM ball joints for a greater range of motion offering more wheel articulation than standard or OE replacements. These ball joints feature a Polyoxymethylene ball race with an extremely low coefficient of friction for longer life, and a larger ball diameter to improve range of motion with a maintenance-free design. Each ball joint is fully greaseable. Rough Country’s Forged Upper Control Arms also feature Clevite OE style rubber bushings for superior quality and durability.
Installation. Featuring a 100% bolt-on installation process, an estimated timeframe of 3-4 hours is recommended to complete this full installation. This full kit can be installed at home and can be completed efficiently and quickly!

Awesome control arms at a great price!
After doing a lot of research on available UCA options for my Tundra, I decided to go with the Rough Country forged arms. They were a fraction of the price of other options out there. Let me tell you. . . there's no sacrifice of quality here! These things are made SOLID! The fit is perfect and they solved all of my geometry issues that arose from installing a 3" leveling kit. There's way more clearance between the arm and the coil spring and the ball joint now sits more or less perfectly centered. They even have a threaded hole for the ABS sensor wire bracket to bolt right up and new screws were included. Greasable ball joint gives extra piece-of-mind. And they look great too! I went with the silver option, as I thought red would clash with my maroon truck. The ordering process was quick and easy and they arrived quickly. Will buy from Rough Country again, no doubt!

RC Upper Control Arms Solid
Recently rebuilt front end in a 205 Silverado 5. 3 1500. New hubs, cv shafts extended travel, newer inner outer ties, newer Powerstop brakes drilled slotted ceramic, moog problem Solver Lower control arms and new RC Upoer control Arms. Paired with two inch leveling shock Bilstein. This is a solid setup for the 2 inch application with great geometry achieved. Ride is like new. Runs a little stiff due to Bilsteins but definitely an upgrade with 220,000 miles on rig. Shipping was prompt. Install was straight forward and followed torque specs reusing hardware. Grease or, good looking and would recommend due to ride comfort, bolt on capacity and applicability. Worth the money, time will tell if they are good - should last until at least engine and transmission go.
