I was hesitant about trying another protein pancake because I dislike this brand muffins or cups of muffins to my surprise this tastes outstanding, I'm a really picky eater about protein after taste but this is a winner, I made my ihope lol my 2 eggs a couple of turkey bacon on the side, sugar free syrup a bunch of blueberries and a teaspoon of almond butter and was in heaven, will make it for meal prep I'm pretty sure it can frozen.
