Using for attic exhaust fan. Liked the overall quality and value for the price paid. Reputable manufacturer with generally good design. The thermostat is not calibrated properly and does not function in accordance with the temperature scale of the control box. The instructions for peeling back the shingles and reinstalling them properly are vague and hence requires the expertise of roofing professional to get the install done correctly without leaks.
