Poor bulbs and bad packaging
These bulbs take a really long time to warm up. When you first turn them on they give off about half of the light and then slowly ramp up. The packaging included was a 6 inch strip of brown paper, 2 of the 4 bulbs I ordered were smashed to pieces. Customer service is also difficult.
