Excellent service, even though I needed to return the desk
All my contacts with the Stand Up Desk Store were prompt, friendly, and efficient. They were very gracious about the fact that I needed to return the desk (beautiful, but too heavy for me to lift regularly), and provided postage for its return. Their products are beautifully finished and well made. I wish I'd been able to keep the desk.

Directions and video suck
The directions and the video leave a lot to be desired. Did not assigné designations for the different size bolts. The frame assembly to match the desk top was backwards or got reversed in the directions and the video. It was awful. The video should had spoken directions. The music was aggravating after about the 3rd time I watched it. Neither were detailed enough.

Great desk!
This desk is very sturdy and fits my needs perfectly...love it. The castles are a nice addition to allow slight movements. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. The hand crank and handle seem a little flimsy but not used enough to matter since I'm standing most of the time.
