Wall Cap FLAP
Wall cap FLAP broke after 2 years. Made of cheap plastic. Checked many "home" stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards) for just the flap and they don't sell separate. You have to buy the entire unit which is unacceptable when it is attached really nice and neat to your house with chalk.

Damper door broke within 1 year
Damper door pivot broke within 1 year of installation. Very poor design - sharp corners where there should be radii to make the pivot points stronger. Cannot purchase replacement damper door only. Must purchase the complete WC650 unit to obtain the replacement damper door. Waste of $$$ since I only need the damper door.

Flimsy, shoddy piece of junk
The output flap broke within a couple of years. Before we knew it there were birds nesting in the duct. I eventually found the flap in the back yard, thirty yards away, with two corners broken off. I would not buy this product again without a stack of a dozen replacement flaps.
