Delta U4010-Pk Square Adjustable Wall Mounted Hand Shower Holder - Lumicoat Black

Installed a 57713 Slide Bar Hand Shower In Stainless ten years ago. It is a summer place so it only had six years of use when the outer casing separated from the hand held part. Called Customer Service, no hassle no problem. The repalcement is on its way. Thanks Delta CS.

I purchased the entire Delta Pivotal set in 2022. It's an expensive product line, so I expected much better durability. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the black finish started peeling after just a few months. Then in 2025, the hose began leaking everywhere. I contacted Delta to try to get a replacement part, but because I couldn't produce the original receipt, they refused to help. While I understand it's my responsibility to keep receipts, I always believed Delta stood behind defective products—especially for a premium-priced line. Apparently that's no longer the case. Now I have to pay for a replacement hose that appears to have the same design flaw. If Delta would like to stand behind their product, I'd certainly welcome them reaching out to resolve the issue. Otherwise, after this experience, I'll be avoiding Delta products in the future.
