It took a minute to figure out some of the assembly instructions, as the pictures were not always clear but once we figured it out, ot was fairly simple. I recommend minimum 2-3 people for assembly, just to hold parts in place while someone else is screwdriving. Used for 2 parties so far and it's still standing, so no complaints on quality or sturdiness.
