How to Remove the Blade Set
1. Unscrew the 2 screws of the upper cover by hand.
2. Lift the latch at the back.
3. Remove the upper cover.
4. Unscrew a total of 4 screws on both sides.
5. Take out the blade set.

Notes
Cleaning is required before using the machine for the first time. Put soft vegetables with leaves into the inlet and then rinse the blade set with water. Please make sure that the power supply is disconnected every time you clean.
Before use, please check whether the blade comb is placed correctly and the power switch is lighted.
After cleaning, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place. You can add some cooking oil to the blade set for simple maintenance.
Please note that this machine cannot be used to cut frozen meat, bone-in meat, large pieces of meat, aged meat, cooked meat and beef tendons.
Please allow a slight color difference due to shooting light, and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, please make sure you don't mind before ordering.
