A vast improvement over Gen 4

The New Gen 5 iPod Touch is head & shoulders above the Gen 4. From the size and resolution of the screen to the speed of the processor. I have, and still do own, a Gen 2, 4, & now 5 Touch. The 5th is definitely worth the money, if you have a 4 and are thinking about upgrading, do it. You will not be disappointed.

I bought it for my 10 year old daughters birthday and it is perfect for her. I set Parental controls and she loves it because she can communicate with pretty much whoever she wants, plays the games she likes, and even use it to help her with school stuff at home. It's great for a child, it's basically just an iPhone 5 minus the phone part.

On June 24, 2014, Apple put the 5 megapixel camera (isight) on the 16 GB ipod touch. Takes great photos and the price is right. It was easy to sync my songs on this device. My over the ear headphones sound great. I am totally happy with this purchase.
